Certified True Copies
Certified true copies are replicas of documents that have been reviewed and certified by a notary public as being accurate and complete representations of the originals. A licensed notary can "certify a true copy" by reviewing and comparing the original document and copy to ensure accuracy. Once reviewed, the notary will stamp, sign, and date the copy which completes the process. You are encouraged to make an additional copy of the certified document before submitting it to the business or institution.
